MARZ VPN: getting ordinary internet back (Windows).
A restart does not remove the block while the VPN is left on: that is by design.

1. Open MARZ VPN and press the big button.
2. Settings > "Emergency: turn off VPN and restore the internet".
3. Administrator Command Prompt:
     "C:\Program Files\MARZ VPN\marzvpn-helper.exe" --recover
4. Uninstall MARZ VPN (Settings > Apps, or uninstall.exe in its folder). This also removes the block.
5. Administrator PowerShell, script kept next to the installer:
powershell -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\marzvpn-wfp-recover.ps1 -Apply

Do not disable Windows Defender, Windows Firewall or the Base Filtering Engine service.
Check: netsh wfp show filters file=%TEMP%\wfp.xml, then findstr /c:"MARZ VPN" %TEMP%\wfp.xml finds nothing.
