Website order information
For website purchases, the separate website database stores your email, random order reference, Terms version and acceptance time, plan amount and currency, payment provider identifier and status, payment asset/network, and fulfillment state. After verified payment it also stores the Marzban username, expiry, subscription URL and VLESS connection links needed to deliver your paid VPN access. Recovery token hashes are stored to protect access links; the original token is not stored in the database.
After successful payment and VPN provisioning, we use the order email to send a transactional message with the secure setup and recovery link. We do not use it for marketing without separate consent.
Payment processing
CryptoPayIn or Paydex receives the order amount, currency, payment method and order reference, and provides hosted checkout. Paydex checkout may also receive the email address supplied with the order. Payment status is checked server-to-server. This website does not receive wallet credentials or card details.
VPN account information
Only a verified completed or overpaid order can create or extend a website VPN account. Pending, failed or cancelled orders do not receive VPN credentials. The website order database is separate from the Telegram bot database.
Contact requests
When you use the contact form, your email address, optional name and message are sent through Resend to [email protected] so support can reply. The website does not keep the message body in its order database. Your email is not used for marketing without separate consent.
Technical data
The site does not intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare and server providers may process technical connection data to deliver and protect the site. Browser storage is used for checkout idempotency.
